What Nitrox actually does (and why we fill it at the same rate as air)
Nitrox gives you longer bottom time. That is the benefit. At 18 meters, Nitrox 32 adds roughly 40 minutes to your no-decompression limit. On Bonaire, where three or four shore dives a day is normal, those minutes add up.
