These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, bookings, rentals, courses and activities provided by Wanderlust Dive Center B.V., located at Kaya Perenales 3, 0000BQ Kralendijk, Bonaire. By booking a service or participating in any activity, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

A booking becomes final once you have received a confirmation from us. All prices, descriptions and availability shown on the website or communicated through other channels may be subject to change.
You can pay using cash, direct bank transfer, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit/debit cards.
For training courses and guided dives, a deposit is required. This deposit equals the product price listed on our website, excluding any tank or gear rental.
If payment is not received, Wanderlust Dive Center reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Wanderlust Dive Center maintains a separate Cancellation and No Show Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not show up at the agreed time or cancel within the set timeframes, charges may apply as described in that policy. This applies to courses, guiding, rentals and other services unless otherwise specified.
Safety is our highest priority. Therefore, we require all participants to:
Wanderlust Dive Center may refuse participation if there are concerns regarding your safety or medical fitness.
As a diver or student, you are responsible for:
Damage caused through improper use may be charged to you.
Equipment rental is governed by our Rental Policy. In cases of loss, damage or late return, the applicable fees will be charged. These fees are available at the front desk and on our website.
The following rules apply to all gas fills:
From the moment of analysis and confirmation, you are solely responsible for the safe use of the cylinder.
Wanderlust Dive Center may refuse to fill any tank that does not meet safety requirements.
Participation in diving activities carries inherent risks. By joining our activities, you accept these risks.
Wanderlust Dive Center is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance.
Wanderlust Dive Center may reschedule or cancel activities due to weather conditions, technical issues, staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a suitable alternative or a refund of any amount already paid, depending on the situation.
Changes to bookings depend on availability. Modifying a booking may result in additional fees as described in our Cancellation and No Show Policy.
If you have a complaint, you may submit it within 14 days after the service by contacting info@wanderlustdivecenter.com.
You will receive a confirmation within 7 days and a full response within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may bring it to the relevant authorities on Bonaire.
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
All agreements between the customer and Wanderlust Dive Center are governed by the laws of Bonaire, Caribbean Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court on Bonaire.
