This is where the operating envelope opens up. Two gases, real decompression stops, six dives to 40 meters. You learn to plan the dives you actually want to do, not the recreational ceiling. Slack-water drops, long reef walls, wrecks at depth. The procedures are disciplined. The diving is worth it. Stephan teaches every session himself. Same person who certified you on the SCR is the one who takes you deeper.
Most people who get certified at home spend their first real dive trip adjusting. Different visibility, colder water, unfamiliar conditions. On Bonaire, your training dives happen on the same reef you'll dive independently afterward. You get certified and comfortable in one trip. Nothing to re-learn the next time you come back.
