They are invasive, they eat juvenile reef fish, and removing them is one of the most direct contributions a diver can make to Bonaire's reef. This dive targets specific reef sections for active removal, led by your guide. Pole spear and collection equipment included. What you catch is yours to keep or donate to local restaurants on Bonaire. SSI Lionfish Hunting certification required before booking. Wanderlust offers the course separately if you need it first.
Most guided dives elsewhere put you in a group of eight, following a divemaster you'll never see again. On Bonaire, Stephan or Linda picks the site that morning based on conditions, guides you personally, and keeps the group to four. Local knowledge, not a scripted route.
BCD, regulator, wetsuit, fins, boots, mask, snorkel, computer. All packed and ready when you arrive. You show up, check in, and get in the water. Nothing to rent, nothing to borrow, nothing to forget.
Site picked on the day. Briefed at the site. Then in the water.
Your guide checks conditions and picks the best site for that day. Suggest one yourself and your guide will factor it in.

Shore entry. 45–60 minutes underwater. Your guide leads.

Wanderlust is run by Stephan and Linda. Not a franchise, not a large operation with rotating staff. The person who briefs you is the person in the water with you. Same face, start to finish.
Groups cap at four. Often smaller. Site conditions are checked at sunrise, before you even wake up, so the plan is already set by the time you arrive at the shop.
Every guided dive is planned by Stephan or Linda personally — the same people who run Bonaire's only SSI Instructor Training Center.
